For mobile research and work in the landscape, the Field Tent has been pitched in many locations, notably for a research installation with artist Jane Wildgoose in 2008. From within, the Field Tent frames the landscape. From outside, it creates a focal point. The Field Tent provides a temporary home and intensive work space for the researchers, as well as a place to bring people together.
